Since 2001 we have looked for ways to combine the love of quality food and the companionship and camaraderie that stems from it with support for worthy local charities. In 2001 we started the Wine Dine Design series of events, where we pioneered the concept of auctioning private dinners with celebrity chefs such as Ana Sortun of Oleana and Frank McClelland of L'Espalier in people's homes.
The event drew hundreds of people and raised money for the Eva Brownman Fund at Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
In 2003 Paul was awarded the Extraordinary Bostonian Award by the Boston event guide, for this work, and also for his work in developing kitchen cabinetry for people with multiple chemical sensitivities. His sustainable and chemical free kitchen projects have been featured in the Robb Report, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Boston Globe, and others.

In 2009 we organized the Summer Soiree, which combined the cooking of rising star chef Will Gilson with the beautiful cars of Ferrari and Maserati. Proceeds were raised to benefit the Make a Wish Foundation of Massachusetts.
