100% Estate Grown and Bottled on the Bouras olive farm which areliterally handpicked one by one to prevent bruising of the fruit. This limited production evoo is the first oil made in Greece each year, harvested in late September. It has acidity less than 15%.
This aromatic oil is picked during the regular harvest, which is in late October and early November. Not as pungent as the Early Harvest, this evoo has a unique and enduring floral flavor, with a mild peppery finish. Acidity less than .40%.
